I have treated a great many people that have had shldr replacements, find a good experienced surgeon with a history of successful replacements first, then you'll need a good bit of physical therapy with a top notch P.T., probably @ least 3-4 months worth, it's really a good bit of hard work but it pays off with painfree movement and the freedom to do what you want. get some brochures from your orthpaedic surgeon on the subject,
