I'm thinking about laying down a challenge to those of you here in the rainy
Northwest. How about a Christmas get together at one of the local lakes. I'm
under the gun right now, and I'll be finished up on the 21st or 22d, which
means I'll be looking for some fishing right after that.

The last time I was at Nahwatzel, the trout were biting, and I expect they
will still be around, so I'm planning on being on the lake, unless really
bad weather sets in, on Sun. Dec. 23d. I'll make it easy; how about 8:30
AM.

Anybody here in WA (or anywhere else) care to join me? Do you have what it
takes to sit in a float tube (pontoon boat, canoe, outrigger, sailboat,
whatever you use) in the middle of a freezing lake in late December?

C'mon, it'll be fun. If you don't like Nahwatzel, name your lake (within
reason, I'm in Olympia). Check the regs first; I"m ok with frostbite, but I
really don't want to get arrested. Bill? Rob? Don? Anyone?
