Mine used to say SALMN8R. The vanity plate cost me
more than the car did. It was on a 1972 Dodge Dart;
318, auto, used a reciprocating-saw blade as a key,
had a Pfleuger Trump (with line) as a hood ornament
and had more dents and scratches than a nun has Rosary
beads. The thing had a brass bead (drawer pull) bolted
to the front, left fender to help sight in tying
materials and the ugliest rod rack known to man
screwed and/or epoxied to the hood and roof. My wife
made me park it in the back and would NEVER ride
anywhere with me in it.
