TOM,Here, Here!!!! I agree 100% with you....Hot Creek would become just another "has-been" stream if they allowed Bait in there & limits taken out. It is a "Pure & simple cold hard Fact" that alot of the bait fishers leave trash... I'm always cleaning it up( I carry, as mandatory Gear, a Kitchen sized trash Bag in my vest....) after them, but I do go out of my way to try & Educate them...seems to work well with some. Others don't want to hear anything from a "Long haired Hippie tree hugger". I've been called worse. If anyone goes after Tom about his Bold, yet oh soo true statement...they'll have to deal with me as well....

You're,of course, familiar with Hot Creek, well hell, you could wipe a place like that out in one fishing season if people started dunking rainbow powerbait in that deep run up by the fence and taking "limits" of those hogs home everytime they went there! The place would also be littered with bait jars, beer cans and various other trash, because where you've got bait fishermen, you've got trash! Yes, we are better than they are, and if anybody has a problem dealing with that pure and simple cold hard fact, too bad for them!
