[VFB] Scud swap is DONE on time.

As promised the scud swap has been sorted and is in the mail as of today, 2/7/02.   We had 14 out of 15 that managed to get their scuds to me on time so everyone will get two copies of their own scuds back.   There are some real nice flies in the swap.   I sorted these while babysitting my Grandson so if anyone comes up short let me know and I'll try to fix it.
