I've always wondered about these type of fly's. Do they primarily work as lures or attractors? They seem really flashy and colorful. Do they tend to sink and dart when fished like a minnow or something might? Are they fished across and down usually? It seems like they would act like a blade in the water. Anybody care to give me a real quick primer on this?
