Bill, go to Walmart and get a Plano clear plastic"flat" box.  They're
usually about 2" high and WM will have just about any size you want.
 They also open from the top, just like a regular fly box.  You can then
buy and install your own foam in them.  That's what I use for my Bass Bugs.
