Don and everyone,
I'm doing just fine. I'm in the wheel chair for 2 1/2 days while the orthotist is making my "permanent" prosthesis for which he needs all the dimensions and adjustments from my "check-socket" prosthesis. So at the moment I am literally without a leg to stand on. My real problem with not posting is trying to get some online time at home - between my wife and kids there isn't much left. Today I'm up at McNeese after interviewing a potential new graduate student, so have a chance at the Chem. Dept.'s computer lab computers. After new years, when I get my office set up at McNeese, I'll be able to respond more regularly. Besides the computers are both faster and hooked to a T1 line at McNeese. I have been following the discussions on the list, but haven't had much to contribute, so I haven't. Haven't seen that many saltwater or warmwater questions so far anyhow. Still haven't tied a dry fly since '87 when I moved to Louisiana from Michigan. Anyhow I'm still around and doing OK, still doiing physical therapy, and getting stronger. I'll be going back to work in January.
