It has been less than 24 hours since I opened this swap, and already some great tiers are in. I had 16 last swap, I want to see more in on this one. I hope to have at least 20 : Jimmy, DonO, Jimi, Bart, you listening?
Here are the rules:
1) No limit to the number of tiers
2) Pattern MUST be a beetle, any beetle imitation will do, wet, dry, whatever, as long as it is a beetle.
3) As with the Foam Beetle Swap, please tie 2 of each fly for each swapper (2 for each participant ie:12 swappers=24 flies due) They are simple to tie and that way we can fish one and keep one as a sample to tie by.
4) Sign up deadline is Dec 31, 2002 (New Year's Day: Thanks Eddie!)
5) Due date for flies will be determined at the signup deadline.
6) DO NOT SEND POSTAGE!!!!!
7) Any one that signs up by Dec 15 will be entered in my Christmas Card Swap automatically, hence the request for mailing address at signup. E-mail me off list for more info.
8) If there are any Question or comments, E-mail me off list.
9) After this posting, I will only post updates to the list if interest seems to have dropped. All updates will go to the swappers directly.
I want this to be a great swap, as I enjoyed the last one immensely. Once again I look forward to many great flies gracing my post box in the spring.
