DonO, how about an "e-mail tree" we use a method that would be similar to make phone calls for boy scout meetings. Lets say you E-mail 5 people and then they email 5 people that are assigned to them. Alright, so its a little more work for 5 more people, but its less for you. I'll volunteer to do whatever I can, even if its taking 3 of the 6 groups and making emails to them. As for the swap, your ALL going down!! hehe...just a little friendly competition.

Rope-dub swappers-

I found out last night that it is my server- trib.com- that is the problem. They have a cap on the number of recipients for an outgoing email. A technician explained that this was part of their efforts to eliminate spamming, along with some recognition features. I also asked him if he could make any exclusions for certain types of email or a certain customer, and he said 'no'.

So the only way I can do it is to break down the group of 30 recipients into 6 groups of 5 recipients, and SEE if that works. That's six times the work to get each email out.

Another instance of a few idiots screwing things up for the rest of honest folks.

Frustrated in Wyoming,
DonO }:^(
