Any reccommendations for making a home made zonker cutter? I've seen them
advertised for about $30. I have an idea to use a block of aluminum and drill
4 or 6 holes to hold exacto knives and use set screws to hold the knives in
place.
Take a couple of double edge razor blades, some washers, a bolt, a nut for the bolt, and a piece of metal strapping. Slide the razor blades on to the bolt and space them with the washers. In the center put the piece of strapping instead of a washer. Tighten down the nut and there you go, a Zonker cutter!
