are these bamboo poles or sections of shaped bamboo glued together

I recently found about 15 bamboo rods where I work. I don't know anything
about them and wondered if anybody could help. They are 16 feet long and
have two stickers on them that say

Drilled and Tempered to stay straight
Guaranteed Satisfaction
B & M Co.

the 2nd sticker says:
Caddillac
B & M Co.
West Point, Miss.
