Ken, whenever you get the idea to start one....start it.  Due dates can 
always be pushed back or brought foward....Earlier the flies get in, they 
can be sent out sooner.  If the date is in may/june, encourage swappies to 
get flies in earlier if possible.  My 2 cents.

Hi Everybody,

I wanted to get some opinions from swappers more experienced than I. What 
do
you think a reasonable timeframe is for a swap? For instance, if I wanted 
to
host a swap with a due date in late May/early June, when would be the best
time to announce it and set signup deadlines? Is now too early? Wait until
sometime in April?
