Dell are using Internet Explorer when this error occurs? If so you will need to upgrade to IE6.0 or higher.

SYMPTOMS
When you use Internet Explorer, the text in the title bar may change and look similar to the following example: res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcan.htm - Microsoft Internet Explorer
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you change the toolbar icon options while using Internet Explorer.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, quit and restart Internet Explorer.
