Can anyone tell me what the name of this fly is?

That would be a type of Gartside Gurgler. It seems like the one pictured has a marabou tail and rubber legs. I presume that it is to be used for bass in the picture. I have tied then in various sizes and have found the to be good for brim, trout, bass, and anything you can find.
