Hey Pat! I sympathize with you Bud. My degree is in Forestry with a minor in Game Management. All during college in the summers I worked either in the woods estimating board feet on timber, scaling logs as they were loaded on the big trucks to find out what the board footage was, thirding at a sawmill, flipping logs on to the carriage with a can hook, (peavy), running a stacker or sometimes when I was nice to the sawyer, I got to ride the shotgun carriage and saw a few logs into boards. People don't realize it, but thirding, stacking and sawing are some pretty dangerous jobs.

Take care of that hand.
