Wow.  I have every issue since 1978 and I thought I was the only crazy one.  Thanks Allan -  with your permission, I would like to print your email and show it to my wife, who keeps asking why the hell I need to save all those damn magazines, . . . it won't necessarily stop her from asking but it may make her feel like other neatniks have it worse.

That was neat to see.....again.  I had forgotten it.

My parents started taking the National Geographic in the 1920's and kept EVERY SINGLE ISSUE.
I learned to read 'big words' out of the Nat'l Geographics.   Oh - and got my anatomy lessons at a VERY early age.

That picture brought back some great memories.
