Slap a cone head on it. Or any kinda bead, if you wanna weight it. Also, i like to fish 'em unweighted and i use some of thgat stuff, Gink........or whatever it is to help sink it. Few drops of that stuff, and it'll sink real good. I HATE casting weight,......... if at all possible, i'll find a way to get around it. One thing that often helps is to use a real heavy gauge wire in your flies for ribbing. That often helps get a fly down. Maybe not down as fast, but down. I'm hardly EVER in a ahurry on stream anyway. The rest of my life is always rush, rush, rush, so when i fish, i put it in low...........you dig? mark..............

Steve, I tie a Bass Leech without weight and also use rabbit hair. It casts OK wet or dry. Of course you feel the fly more after it gets wet. My advice to you: Tie it the way you want to.

So should it be?
The consensus it no one wants to through a fly that could knock you out.
Also I wanted to use rabbit fur, again consensus say it should be marabou.
Of course I can tie it any way I want, I also want to tie a fly people want and will use.
Thanks for your constructive feed back.
