I am curious about a fly I think I have fished once many years ago. The Lime Trude was the winner of the first Jackson Hole One Fly event back in 1986.

I have seen some positive recommendations for the fly lately, and am thinking of tying some to try. Does anyone have any special tips or variations they like when tying Lime Trudes?

In your experience, how well has the fly fished for you? What's your favorite size?
