Here are some recipes for Wild Willie's #1 Rub as found on the Net...

� cup paprika (I like the reddest that I can find... more flavorful.... like the hot Hungarians the best, though I have been using hot Mexican lately and it's great too)
� cup freshly ground coffee
� cup coarse salt
� cup sugar (I like Turbinado sugar... the raw light brown crystals you get in good coffee shops... I like to work rubs in and big salt and sugar crystals put the flavors deep in the meat)
2 tbs chili powder (I like pure unblended chili powder normally, but this one is great too with a good blend)
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tbs gresh ground pepper
2 tsp cayenne powder

and another:
