[VFB] Fish Growth Charts

I'm curious to find the general growth chart for different trout species 
such as Rainbow, Cutthroat, Golden, Brook and others.  Does anybody know 
where there is a good book or online?  I know growth is different depending 
on where the fish live and how much they eat.  However I'm just looking for 
a general chart that would give me some kind of an idea.  Something that 
would tell me after 4 years or so, what a fish SHOULD be in length.
