One of the first rules in fishing is that there are few rules in fishing that resourceful trout do not manage to break.  Indeed, if there be any they don�t smash to smithereens at one time or another. A couple: 1.    if you want to make sure the fishing will turn lousy, just dare invite a fellow angler from far away; the farther, the lousier. 2.    The moment your fishless guest takes off, the fishing will magically improve.
