[VFB] Cased Caddis Patterns

I frequently see cased caddis in trout’s stomachs (yes, I do eat a few fish) and have seen some very convincing imitations of this insect; however I have also read that trout scour the bottom, removing them directly from the rock making presentation nearly impossible.  How successful have people been with these cased caddis patterns?   Alex Dennehy [EMAIL PROTECTED]
