Speaking of leftovers...
I have some "scraps" from Whiting saddles. They are pieces from the upper part of the capes and all have very usable dry fly feathers. I'd like to see them used for "teaching", so if any of you or your clubs will be doing any tying classes soon, please let me know and I'll send you a few. Tell me a bit about the class you will be conducting. The first ten responders get the goodies.
I also have one bundle of broken hackles...each feather should be adequate to tie at least one dry fly...lots of colors. Do we have any needy youngsters out there? Tell me why I should send them to you...;^)
