Mark,
maybe a new thread... tying in hotels, how do you organize this?
Anyway,... there are not so much hotels near our customer where I can stay, maybe 20. I was at 18 so far - I guess...
I like to leave in a way that I can return...
Back to the bench, finishing the renegates and packaging the X-mas flies.
Best
Rene

Yupp, still in Cologne - at least family, I'm there during the weekends (due to job schedule), boss says, that this will improve in the
Rene, usually i just take the table, (not the desk) and set up there. Near a
light, and a power source for my tying light. Keep the trash can handy, (no
need to make it any "worser" than it has to be, lol) and my "kit" goes in
the "other" chair, so i can get to it easy. Some times if i have two beds,
and my wife is not with me, i spread out materials on the second bed. Course
often times that means the new ones i have just purchased, until i can find
a way to pack them for transportation home. Something that is much easier
done when driving to a destination than when flying. When flying i put my
kit in a fly fishing travle bag, and check it. That way the lids in the
compartment locations in the top of the lid, are safe from comming open in
travle. A small piece of tape also helps. We have three travle kits. Two of
which are just tool (the smallest, and the second largest) boxes from Home
Depot, and the third is a real big one which is made of wood, but i never
fly with that one. mark
