Either that or who has the best offerings!  Whatâs the beverage of choice Murf?
I'm going out on a limb to suggest Chateau St. Michelle Colubia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 (Washington) for about $16 or Best Buy Jacob's Creek Shiraz 2002 (Australia) for $9 or two whites rated Excellent; Sauvignon Blancs Babich 2003 ($13) and Villa Maria 2003 ($11) from New Zealand.  The whiles will marry best to those having turkey and all these wines are very reasonably priced and exceed the merits of many much more expensive wines.

By avoiding the hard stuff and focussing on these nicely finished vintages, you will be in good shape to tie lots of flys while bloated from all the feasting.  The fly of the day should include turkey flat wing posts and turkey biot bodies of course.  Let me know what pattern you tie!

Enjoy!
