Paul, I'm sure that some kind soul will point you
toward the site where you signed up for this mail list
where it will tell you how to unsubscribe. As for
getting "hundreds of messages a day", you must be a
fisherman to exaggerate the number of posts to this
list on a daily basis. Hundreds would imply at least 2
hundred per day. I'll give you the benefit of the
doubt and guess that you only read e-mail once a week.
