Here is how I tie this fly: Hook: Std dry, sz. 16 to 12 Thread: brown or black tag: bright green floss. Imitates the egg sack of the fly. No tail body: Heares mask wing: Pheasant wing, mostly from the hen. Caddis style. Hackle: Brown, sparse.
