Why dry the frogs... and take away all the flexibility in the legs? Or why kill them alltogether? The best frog imitation is always a frog... and who knows better how to imitate it than the frog itself.
As a bonus, the frog might swim under impossible bushes and branches... places you've just been dreaming about reaching. /Nick -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Från: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] För [EMAIL PROTECTED] Skickat: den 27 juli 2005 18:02 Till: [email protected] Ämne: Re: [VFB] Fly Swap -> IOFF swap && Frog swap Murf, don't worry. I killed them and dried them, before I glued them to the hooks. Sorta coffee bean beetle technic. You'll see, they look quite realistic. Counting the legs is something for FL-people though. You know, always different results. Got a call from my wife some minutes ago, the package is now in the mail. Be carfully when you open it. Maybe some of the critter are not really dead. BTW: Speaking of glueing bait onto hooks. Any news from the frog and bwo swap??? I dried the frogs very carefully but after such a long time.....
