Tallapoosa River here, so there is still water and current water... I saw them
(the carp) boiling the water in both areas... Late yesterday

Chuck, to answer your question, Strip the fly slow in still water. In
a current, work the fly with a twitch as it is drifting or dead drift the fly.
I am no expert, that is how I was hooking up with them using the Chili Pepper
and Al's Fly.
