I too looked at Denny's Conranch birds but from his web site. My interest was peaked by Tony Spezio's interest in the JVs. Like you, I have a life supply (many the old Hoffmans) and DonO chided me off-list one time for wanting Whiting midge saddles... but Byard got a recent order anyway. If Denny is listening, I hope he brings some JVs to Sowbug or lends some to Tony to sell on his behalf.
Of course I will be at the Sow Bug and will have some very nice JV hens as well as a full compliment of our capes & saddles. Will be there a week before until the Sunday after. Staying in the same room at the Wildcat Schoals Resort as usual.
