Tried one in my aquarium years ago and a guppy broke me off...bent the hook! Just kidding...maybe.

DonO,These are amazing. Having tied a 32 Mustad once, I can attest to their tinyness and difficulty. This raises a question now though. I have never fished any that small. Has anyone on the list? What was the smallest fly fished? Anything caught? What was the largest?Mike

I can still tie them, but I have to tie when my eyes aren't tired, or else they have a hard time focusing.DOno----- Original Message -----From: David MurphySent: Wednesday, February 15, 2006 11:47 AMSubject: Re: [VFB] Nice article on a great fly collection
I'm crushed they didn't show a picture of the #32 with swept back wings. How could they tell they were swept back? Microscope? Got a pic at fantasyflys.com?

I met Tom Zacoi years ago when he obtained a few of my flies for his collection, which is really quite awesome. His fly-boxes were featured on the cover of Flyfisherman magazine years ago. Does anyone know him? He's in the Pittsburg area. Heck of a nice guy- almost as nice as Byard.Check it out:DonO
