Just a quick note on gear...I lost a box of dries 3 days ago on a river 50 miles from my house and figured it out yesterday (2 days later). It was a good thing I went fishing yesterday because I realised it was missing and could place the loss to one area only. I went back to Clear creek this morning and somehow luckily found it on the walk back to the truck on I-70 just the other side of the guard rail. From now on I will be putting my name and phone number on all fly boxes. I counted 138 flies, all tied by me. What a shame it would have been to lose them to someone who would have returned them otherwise. I'm thankful I didn't find out a few weeks later! Thet may have been discovered by someone by them without the proper info to get back to me!!!
