If you ever want to chat with a fly-tying history buff, talk to Marvin
Nolte.  He's a walking/talking encyclopedia of knowledge about it.  Also, if
you don't have them, invest in Schmookler's
Books- if you can find them.

And Orvis used to put out a catalog of fly patterns 20 years ago.  This
would be worth investing in.
