If they would fine you for that then one couldn't fly fish at all. What is
the difference between that and a feather, leather for a crab fly or fur? No
more minkie or double bunnies then???

So how is eel-skin not cut-bait?
Could one use it in Yellowstone Park where it says "artificials and flies
only"?
Seems like they'd slap a fine on you if they caught you fishing with a strip
of eel-skin- tanned or not.
