I cannot stand morons like that. Here the fisheries are next to useless (never seen one officer in my entire fishing career (24 years or so), however there they are ridiculous. Instead of looking for people flaunting the law, they are concentrating on stupidity. It is nothing short of a fundraiser. If there is anyone out there from fisheries, please explain the justification in this. If they need cottonwool to find some barb, they should start looking for a life with meaning. It reminds me of some of my commanders in the army who would hang crap on you just because they knew that in the real world they would be nothing and have no respect from anyone else (mutually-exclusive). I have noticed that they were either the kids at school who got beaten up or the ones who did the beating themselves.
