[VFB] Chili Pepper swap

Wow! I got my box of Peppers yesterday and it was almost like  
Christmas all over again. I had seen the flies on the website but it  
was even more enjoyable going through the box and checking them out.  
As with almost all of my swap flies I will never fish these. Thanks  
to all who participated and especially to Chris Chapman for doing a  
great job as swapmeister.
