Jim:
I have found the USPS to be quite good and in my estimation considerably better than Canada Post, but we are not comparing apples with apples. By that I mean that our countries differ in population density, diversity & geography. For a picture see: - http://www.chappysguide.com/html/secret_chili_pepper_swap.HTM My fly is third row down on the left. Dressing: - Hook: I used a size 8 bent streamer hook TMC 400 but any hook according to taste; Bead: 1/8inch copper bead or size as required; Tail: Burnt orange marabou with two strands of Tiewell #102 UV pearl sparkleflash on each side; Rear Body: Back two-thirds - copper chenille (Danville); Hackle: Badger or similar; Front body: Crystal Tri-lobal hackle ¾ inch red. While overseas (S. Korea) with the Army for the past nine years (until I retired), I had many dealings with them and their incompetance. I got to where I csent all mail certified, insured, sign upon delivery etc AND still they would loose items (possibally stolen at customs). I would like to see the Chili you made as I am going after Steelhead on the Salmon River in Oct. Can you do a digital and recipe? Tightlines deserttrout06/Jim
