Not on this machine. Under Win98 on this machine, the device manager
reports no conflicts and claims to be happy with its drivers, but then can't
find some DLL or something. Under Win2K on another machine, it 
worked easily.

I fiddled with the BIOS - I found that telling the BIOS that the operating
system was PNP helped resolve IRQ conflicts under Windows. I made a
list, and as far as I can tell there is not a spare IRQ to be had, so I didn't
try changing slots yet. I figured if slots was a problem, Linux would say
so.
