I have VCR which can play NTSC video on PAL TV. I connected it to my AVerMedia
TV Phone 98 with bt878. When I play NTSC tape - picture is distorted. It
depends of size of xawtv window - on small picture is OK, but I see only 2/3 of
it, when I incrase size - lines of picture are messed, I see "two pictures in
one".
Is it a way to fix it?
