What tuner is on the card ? It should have a sticker with
manufacturer and model.
What does "dmesg|grep bttv" say ?
What "bttv-0.7.83/tools/eeprom" ?
("mknod /dev/i2c-0 c 89 0; insmod i2c-dev" if necessary).
