I was thinking about the problems of removing commercials from compressed video, and came up with an idea. If the capture app could force an I frame every time the screen goes black, removing the commercials would be easier using a program that does not recompress (Virtual for Windows). Does anyone know if this is possible? I have not looked too deeply into Avifile.
