I have a bttv driven video grabber and I check all successfully with xwatv program.
I'm searching the way to do synchronously for each video frame, these steps: 1- capture video frame to a user buffer (off screen) 2- process the buffer and draw some simple graphic informations on a same-sized pixmap (off screen) 3- superimpose this pixmap over the captured frame 4- refresh a window with the postprocessed image (optionally the last two steps may be done simultaneously) is a kind of software live video processor I'm a beginner in V4L, please help me with simple words. thanks to all francesco trasatti _______________________________________________ Video4linux-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/video4linux-list
