Alan,
I managed to get the vp3 source code tar.gz . I suspect some sort of
local corporate filter is preventing the authorisation from work. From
my home the access worked.
I scanned the code for key words describing what it is doing, but was
unable to get a clean picture of the algorithm.
Technical information related to the encoding/decoding procedure is
still 'rare' I have the feeling.
I am interested if you have a linux tree or a patch available.
