Hi,
I've started writing up some docs about v4l, v4l2 and what the future
plans are. I hope this will reduce the current confusions about this.

It isn't finished yet, but neverless I've decided to put my current
stuff online as I'm offline next days and maybe someone gets bored
at easter wants to have a look.
