Did you mean to say you patched it to 2.4.19pre4 or you are using only 2.4.18? The vmalloc_to_page macro was introduced sometime in 2.4.18 backported by Gerd Knorr to the 2.4.x kernels. You need to apply the kernel patches in his website to get the function.
