At the bottom, you'll see this text "To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from Video4linux-list), enter your subscription email address:" There is a box there below to enter your email address, and then click the button "Edit Options" which conveniently resides on the right-hand side of the box where you entered your address. At the top-left-hand side of the page that follows there is this text: "Unsubscribing from Video4linux-list". Enter your password at the little box and press the little grey button, conveniently titled "Unsubscribe".
