[saa7134 v0.2.x] Compilation errors with gcc-3.2

Hi,
When compiled saa7134 v4l2 driver version 0.2.x with gcc-3.2 , some of 
compilation errors occured cause of lack of enum member,v4l2 header,etc...

And I ask where place headers of v4l2 for v0.2.x ?

Please include tuner:
