You might want to look at getting 2 separate cards, A video card
(the MSI GeForce4 ti4400 is affordable and fast ~$150 and duel head) and a separate TV card (I got an ATI TV wonder for ~$30) if you have the extra PCI slot this may be a good way to go and will run you under $200.
For the extra $100 you can probably go up to a GeForce4 4600 but the 4400 are cheaper and can clock just as fast as a 4600. Maybe even look into getting a sound blaster audigy with the extra cash and you will have a pretty kick butt set up.
I had no problems getting the ATI TV wonder card working with the newer distros, the GeForce card was a little bit tricky but there is good docs on it.
The Audigy is going to be the more difficult one to get going but http://opensource.creative.com will help you (if you decide to go with the audigy that is)
I guess my main point is that you don't need to spend alot of money on a TV card. If you have the extra PCI slot you can save some money and get some better stuff to go along with your better OS.

Hello List ,
As a Linux-Video newbie I want to buy a new video card , but with following conditions :
- TV tuner capabilities
- Dual head ( I'm used to have 2 monitors , which is so easy once you've tasted it )
- Geforce 4 family
- Redhat 8.0 complete compatible
I have a budget around � 300.
Could somebody suggest me a decent card , or which certainly NOT to buy , hints , tips , ...
