Hi all, I wrote some days ago about a problem in the bttv driver. I have dig deeper into the source code and I think that the reason why sometimes appears a black semiline at the beginiing of the frame acquired from the card is due to the fact that the acquisition begins with the odd field and sometime with the even. So I would like to know if it possibile to set the driver to begin acquire always from the same field and how. Or , at least, to know where in the bttv driver files this routines are implemented so i can try to change it myself. Hope that someone can help me.
